Directions
Adults: Add three (3) rounded teaspoons of Greens Extra® veryberry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal. Begin with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to three.
Adolescents (12-16 years): Add two (2) rounded teaspoons of Greens Extra® veryberry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal. Begin with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to two.
Children (under 12): Add one (1) rounded teaspoon of Greens Extra® veryberry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal.
