Directions:
Adults: Add three (3) rounded teaspoons of Greens Extra® cran-cherry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal. Begin with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to three.
Adolescents (12-16 years): Add two (2) rounded teaspoons of Greens Extra® cran-cherry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal. Begin with 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase to two.
Children (under 12): Add one (1) rounded teaspoon of Greens Extra® cran-cherry to 1 cup (250 ml) of pure water or unsweetened fruit juice. Mix well. Take preferably on an empty stomach or 15-20 minutes before a meal.
Greens Extra® contains no added dairy, sugar, yeast, egg, colouring, preservatives, wheat gluten, corn, maltodextrin dairy or salt.
