I basically want to know the options when someone would like to lose weight.  What products do you recommend? Gina

As I am sure you are aware, successful weight loss is more about healthy living than fad diets and other “quick” methodologies.  Reducing caloric intake, consuming quality foods (lean protein, healthy fats, fresh fruits and vegetables), regular activity, along with some basic supplementation can be beneficial for long term success.
