Waldorf Salad

A simply sweet version of the original

  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped optional
  • 1 cup chopped pears
  • 1 cup grapes


Place fruit in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, cinnamon and honey. Spoon over fruit and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Walnuts are not included in nutrition analysis.
