Apricot Smoothie

  • 1 cup apricot juice
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c ripe, pitted apricots frozen
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg


Place juice and 1 cup frozen apricots and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Add extra 1/2 cup apricots for a thicker consistency.
