Cottage Cheese Dip with Apples

Serve dip with apple and pear slices Peanut butter can replace almond butter

  • 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 12 teaspoons skim milk
  • apple and pear slices


Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth.If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
