Tempeh Salad

A great sandwich stuffing or salad topper

  • 1 package Tempeh, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup Eggless Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish


Cut Tempeh into small diced pieces. Steam for 5 minutes and let cool in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
