Dairy Free Pesto

Miso replaces the parmesan cheese in this version of pesto

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup roasted Pine Nuts pignoli
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white Miso


Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Store in an airtight container.
