Chunky Tempeh

Use in salads stir fries stews and soups

  • 1 package Tempeh
  • Tamari or Braggs Aminos to taste
  • Olive oil or Sesame Oil to taste


Cut Tempeh into eighths and then each square crosswise into triangles. Toss with Tamari or Braggs. Bake on a lightly oiled cooking sheet or pan fry until crisp. If too dry, toss with a little more oil. Use in salads, stir fries, stews, shish kebobs, and soups.
