Its flora aroma is a favorite in aromatherapy and has been used to help fight fatigue, renew vitality and boost confidence. This versatile oil also has strong antibacterial and antiseptic properties and is often used in cold and flu formulas. Rosemary mixes well with almost all essential oils; try it with eucalyptus, spearmint or bergamot for an invigorating combination
For fragrance purposes. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
